We will always be happy to answer your questions by phone or email and in most cases will not charge for simple advice, especially if you are a customer. However if we feel that we are sharing knowledge with you that is of benefit to your company and which has taken us time and effort to gain our selves, we have to charge for it.

If you have a web site created by FRANKPAGES.NET and you feel that there is a problem we will do our best to rectify any issues as soon as possible. We do not charge customers or go live with a site until the site has been approved by you.
